The facilities guide can help you recognize destinations around Los Archilis.
Read the Offer and Its Adjustments
The Sell This Car? panel identifies the car and displays its condition, mileage, previous owners and Dealer's Offer. It also lists applicable price adjustments, so check those before deciding whether the offer is worthwhile.
For example, a gifted 1999 Avelin C4 in Excellent condition at 100% had a $6,660 offer with these adjustments:
| Adjustment | Amount on this offer |
|---|---|
| Clean example | +10% |
| Fresh parts (1) | +$120 |
| Gifted car | −50%, shown as −$6,660 |
The gifted-car deduction explains why this particular offer is lower. The fresh-parts amount is specific to this offer; use the adjustments shown for your own car.
Confirm the Sale
If you accept the offer, click Sell for the displayed amount. The car is sold and the proceeds are added to your cash. The sale is final and cannot be undone.
For context, one restored 1999 Avelin C4 sold for $8,958, while a 1998 Avelin C4 Wagon sold for $10,689 after repairs and a repaint. Your sale amount is the offer displayed for your car.
Decide Whether to Sell or Keep the Car
Your garage's estimated value, a Junkyard estimated market value and the dealer's current offer are different figures. Use the actual offer when deciding whether to sell.
For a restoration project, compare that offer with what you paid for the same car and spent on repairs and other work. The car flipping guide explains how to assess those costs and the resulting margin. If you would rather keep driving the car, choose No, thanks instead of accepting the offer.
