How to Charge and Reinstall a Battery in Mechanic Legends

A depleted battery can be recharged at the workshop and returned to your car.

Use the Wrench to remove the battery, place it on the Battery Charger and wait for charging to finish. Take it back to its mounting point and hold the left mouse button to reinstall it.

Remove the Battery

  1. Open the hood to access the engine bay.
  2. Equip the Wrench and aim at the battery.
  3. Hold the left mouse button to remove it.

Charge and Reinstall the Battery

  1. Carry the battery to the Battery Charger and place it on the charger.
  2. Wait for the charging progress to finish, then collect the battery.
  3. Take it back to the car, aim at its mounting point and hold the left mouse button to install it.

If another component needs repair, you can work on it while the battery charges.

If the Car Still Reports Missing Parts

Follow the specific fault message instead of charging the battery again. A missing Wiring Harness or another named engine part needs to be installed before the car can start. See the engine problems guide for the appropriate fix.
