Mechanic Legends Auction Garage: Costs, Rewards and Odds
Last updated:
Auction Garages offer a chance to add a random car to your collection, but an opening can also award cash. Here’s how to open one and decide whether it fits your budget.
A standard Auction Garage costs $65,000 in game cash or a listed 79 Robux to open. The reward is random and can be a vehicle or cash. Both listed cash rewards are below the cash opening cost, so save your money for repairs if you cannot afford a loss.
How to Open an Auction Garage
- Go to Auctions and check the nearby Odds board.
- Approach an Auction Garage door. Hold E to open it for $65,000, or hold F to choose the option listed at 79 Robux.
- If paying with Robux, confirm the purchase in the purchase window.
- If you receive a vehicle, enter it after the door opens and drive it out.
A Plus discount can change the Robux checkout price: one discounted purchase cost 64 Robux instead of 79.
Auction Garage Rewards and Odds
An opening can award a car or cash, so a vehicle is not guaranteed.
| Reward | Chance |
|---|---|
| 2008 Bauer R3 | 14% |
| $40,000 cash | 13% |
| 2005 Vendetta XR | 10% |
| 1997 Mizora Miora | 8% |
| $50,000 cash | 7% |
| 2004 Fujiro RXT | 7% |
| 1990 Nisho Zenith R | 6% |
The 1996 Tahara Strata is also a possible vehicle reward. Browse the car directory for more vehicle details and acquisition options.
Are Auction Garages Worth It?
An opening suits a player willing to spend for a random chance at a car. If you need cash for repairs or parts, keep that budget available first: an auction is not guaranteed to return a vehicle or a profit.
When paying the $65,000 cash fee, a $40,000 reward leaves you $25,000 down, while a $50,000 reward leaves you $15,000 down. Paying with Robux preserves the cash opening fee, but the reward remains random.
For a car you can inspect before buying, consider the Junkyard. If you need to build your budget, see the money guide.
